In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "777dt" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at https://777dt.io, including all products, services, and features made available through that domain.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on 777dt, accesses the platform as a guest, or uses any feature of the 777dt service.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 777dt platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's 777dt Account wallet at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or any other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Platform" refers to the website, mobile interface, software, and all associated services operated under the 777dt brand.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, or any other product offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, age, and address verification.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used as the reference for all time-related matters on the Platform.

By accessing the 777dt Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 777dt. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and must not register an Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. 777dt will publish the date of the most recent revision at the top of this document.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplemental policy, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplemental policy explicitly states otherwise.

To register an Account and use the 777dt Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777dt strictly prohibits the use of its services by any individual under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party or legal entity.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or close family member of any employee of 777dt or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the Platform by 777dt for any reason, including prior breach of these Terms & Conditions.

777dt reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time frame specified in the request may result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds credited to it.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or overlapping accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. 777dt employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any Account found to be a duplicate will be closed immediately and any Balance within it may be forfeited.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and valid contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 777dt is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777dt Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether you personally authorised it. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 777dt support immediately at [email protected].

777dt reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account, or close an Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a specific reason, subject to the return of any legitimately held real-money Balance.

777dt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change; the current list is displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may vary by payment method and by Account verification status. These limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction.

Deposits are generally credited to your Account Balance within minutes of successful payment. 777dt is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, banking systems, or telecommunications infrastructure. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within two hours of a confirmed payment, you should contact support with your transaction reference.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 777dt reserves the right to withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity and age verification. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 3–15 minutes after approval. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

All funds deposited must be used for genuine gambling activity. 777dt reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, reverse or withhold transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the payment system.

777dt offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all 777dt bonuses:

• Bonus Funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made from the bonus-derived balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet bonus balances expire after this period without replacement.
• Only real-money Wagers on eligible games contribute toward wagering requirements. Wagers placed with Bonus Funds on games listed as excluded in the relevant promotion's terms do not count.
• 777dt reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states it is repeatable.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.

The welcome bonus offered to new 777dt players is up to ৳30,000 on the first qualifying deposit. The specific percentage match, minimum qualifying deposit amount, and applicable wagering requirements are stated in the active welcome promotion at the time of registration. 21+ only. T&Cs apply.

All Wagers placed on the 777dt Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, or slots. General betting rules applicable across all products are as follows:

• A Wager is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. A confirmation reference number is issued for each accepted Wager. You should retain this reference for dispute resolution purposes.
• 777dt reserves the right to void any Wager placed after the relevant event has started or concluded, where it can be demonstrated that the Player had knowledge of the outcome at the time the Wager was accepted.
• In the event of a technical fault, network disruption, or system error during an active Wager, 777dt will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of play from available records. In cases where reconstruction is not possible, the Wager may be voided and the original stake returned to the Player's Balance.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to a Wager being confirmed. The odds locked in at confirmation are the odds applied to that Wager.
• Maximum Wager amounts and maximum payout limits per event are set by 777dt and may vary by sport, league, market, and Account status. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface.
• Sportsbook markets — including cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC matches — are governed by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, 777dt's decision, informed by the relevant governing body's ruling, is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777dt Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers, manipulate game outcomes, or extract data from the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of software errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with 777dt.
• Attempting to circumvent account limits, self-exclusion measures, or any other responsible gaming control implemented on your Account.
• Allowing or facilitating a third party to access or use your Account, including sharing your 777dt Login credentials.
• Registering an Account while under the age of 21.
• Engaging in any conduct that 777dt reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

All content on the 777dt Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777dt or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 777dt's prior written consent.

Game content made available on the Platform is licensed to 777dt by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective providers. 777dt makes no claim of ownership over third-party licensed game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777dt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

777dt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777dt does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing sufficient security measures on your own devices.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

777dt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing Platform use — including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement. 777dt does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

You may request a copy of the personal data held about you, request correction of inaccurate data, or request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention obligations) by contacting [email protected].

777dt is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all Players. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. 777dt provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that Players are encouraged to use proactively:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to help manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of between 1 day and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is becoming a problem may request permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months.

777dt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to Account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicion of money laundering, or provision of false information during registration.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, 777dt reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance, including any winnings derived from the period of breach, and to recover any amounts already paid out in respect of fraudulent activity.

Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to breach — such as at the Player's own request, or due to a business decision by 777dt — any legitimate real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the payment method on record within a reasonable time frame.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account should contact [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.

777dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 777dt will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. For significant changes, 777dt may also provide notice via email to the address registered on your Account or via a notification displayed on the Platform at login.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure in accordance with Section 13 above.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 777dt is registered as an international online gambling operator.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific Wager, transaction, or Platform decision, you must first contact 777dt support at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. 777dt will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours (BST) and will endeavour to resolve it within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, 777dt may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms & Conditions and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
